Leadership is an innovative and transformative leadership approach that focuses on recognizing and leveraging the strengths, potential, and positive attributes of individuals and organizations. This leadership model was introduced in November 2023, with the Eastern Research Institute of Positive Science (ERIPS) organizing a four-day Training of Trainers (TOT) program.
